If the USD to PKR rate or a Roblox package price looks out of date, tell us which figure and what it should be. This is the most useful message we get.

Something not updating, a layout breaking on your phone, a result that looks wrong. Mentioning your device and browser helps a lot.

A page that is unclear, a question the FAQ does not answer, or an explanation you think is misleading.

Anything else about the site. We cannot help with Roblox account issues, purchases or DevEx applications — those go to Roblox support.

Please do not send account credentials, payment details or anything else sensitive. There is nothing we could do with them, and nothing on this site requires them.
We are not Roblox. If you need help with a purchase, a refund, a banned account or a DevEx application, contact Roblox support directly — we have no visibility into any of it.
